Modernizing the digital storefront for an emerging EV brand
Rebuilding an EV brand's digital identity through competitor research, storytelling, and a more immersive product experience.

Overview
Catching up to a fast moving market
Strikeco EV is an India based electric vehicle company offering two wheelers and three wheelers for both personal and commercial use, with a focus on performance, sustainability, and smart mobility for modern commuters.
My role was to reimagine the company's digital identity through a website experience that could stand alongside the standards of India's growing EV market. I was responsible for competitor research, visual direction, UI design, and responsive layouts, and helped refine the brand's overall online presentation, including homepage explorations, product pages, dealership flows, and supporting pages.
Problem
A brand that had outgrown its own website
Strikeco EV's previous website no longer reflected the company's modernized identity or the standard of modern EV customers and business partners. Outdated visual design, cluttered content structure, and limited product storytelling made it difficult for users to explore vehicle offerings, understand key features, or engage with dealership opportunities.
As the EV market in India kept growing, Strikeco needed a stronger digital presence, one that could better showcase its products, strengthen customer engagement, and give potential dealership partners a clearer path forward.

Impact
A more immersive way to explore the brand
The redesigned website launched in April 2026, giving Strikeco EV a more modern and engaging digital presence that better aligned with the company's evolving identity in the EV market. Product information, dealership opportunities, and brand messaging became easier to communicate, backed by a more immersive and visually structured experience.
I redesigned the site with a stronger focus on customer engagement, product storytelling, and dealership accessibility, introducing cleaner layouts, interactive content sections, and more structured navigation so users could explore EV models and connect with the brand more intuitively than before.

Process
Rebuilding the brand from research up
I built a persona around Aarav Sharma, a young urban commuter looking for a reliable and affordable electric vehicle. He values modern design and easy to understand product information, along with a transparent experience that feels trustworthy and easy to navigate. That framing kept the redesign focused on clarity over spectacle.

To understand what modern EV brands were doing well, I researched companies like Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, and TVS iQube, looking at how they used typography, layout, and storytelling to create engaging experiences. These references shaped the visual direction and interaction style throughout the project, especially the use of modular layouts, large imagery, and feature-focused sections.

Research also surfaced what users actually needed: structured visuals that made technical information easier to understand, faster access to specifications and pricing, and clear pathways for dealership partners to find business information. From there, the problem became clear: Strikeco needed a digital experience that felt as modern as the vehicles themselves, for both customers and dealership partners.
One of the bigger UX challenges was organizing a large range of product, dealership, and brand information into pathways that stayed easy to navigate. I grouped the site into clear content categories with consistent navigation across pages, then tested that structure through mid fidelity wireframes, exploring section hierarchy, content placement, and how users would browse vehicle models and ownership details.

The visual direction aimed for a brand identity that felt futuristic and approachable without losing clarity, combining bold visuals with red inspired colors, rounded containers, and modular UI. Because many layouts were originally designed for larger screens, I also built separate responsive treatments so interactive sections and content structures held up cleanly on mobile and tablet.

Reflection
Designing for a brand in motion
This project challenged me to combine branding, usability, and product storytelling within a fast growing industry. Working through multiple iterations and responsive design exploration helped me turn an outdated website into a more structured, immersive experience that actually reflected where the company was headed.
It also strengthened how I think about the relationship between visual decisions and trust. For a brand moving as fast as an EV company, a website isn't just a shop window, it's often someone's first real signal of whether the company is credible.
